Travel content is aggregated and compiled from open web sources like Wikipedia and OpenStreetMap as well as our partner companies like booking.com and getyourguide. By bringing all the information together, we want to give you one central, easy-to-use collection of relevant information.

CityMaps2Go is now ready for iOS 9!
We are supporting iOS 9 deep linking and spotlight search from the get go. This means you can now search and find all your saved places and travel news you have received and access them easily from the Spotlight Search screen.
Looking for information on an museum you want to visit? Easy. Forgotten the name of the Pizzeria in Rome a friend recommended? Just start typing "pizzeria" and all your saved places containing this word will be listed.
Want a quick way to see what's on your bucket list for your next trip to London? Type "London" and you can see the top items from this list.
Share your favorite Ulmon travel stories and places using our app on iOS9 and your friends can now open those links directly in the app! Want to share that story about 3rd wave coffee shops in Vienna? Or your favorite viewpoints around Paris? Just send them the link via our ’share’ button and when they tap on the link on an iOS 9 device with CityMaps2Go installed, CityMaps 2Go will open straight to that item, making our sharing feature more useful than ever!
We've also been working hard on indexing our entire content on the web, so you may start seeing search results from us anytime you search for a destination using Spotlight, and that's without even having the maps for those locations downloaded!
PLUS: You can now open Apple Maps or Google Maps from within CityMaps2Go in order to get directions! We don’t currently offer navigation within our app, but hopefully this will give you the best of both worlds; A safe and happy home within CityMaps2Go for all your favorite places, and ROUTING when you really need it.
